The app Pillow measures and tracks sleep quality, giving you a better idea of your sleep habits and ways in which you can improve. Whether for sleep or nutrition, the ability to visualize and reflect upon health-related data is a great place to see how you are meeting your goals, as well as motivation to help you maintain your success.
